You make an online purchase, only to be frustrated and disappointed when you open the package and see a horribly packed collectable with damaged packaging. As every collector will tell you, package condition is very important with collectible items; it makes a difference in appearance, enjoyment, and most importantly, value.

Many big box online stores typically ignore the importance of collecting or simply do not have the systems in place to support collectors’ high standards. This is what makes shopping at different. We are collectors and ensure every item we ship is how we would like to receive it: in pristine, undamaged, collectable condition. We call it Premium Collector Grade Shipping, and every single order that leaves our warehouse ships using these high standards.

Premium Collector Grade Shipping
✅ Every collectable is wrapped in its own protective covering (for example: every regular sized Funko Pop! ships packed into its own heavy-duty (0.45 mm thick) archival-grade, clear plastic box).
✅ Once the initial protective covering is in place, it is then further shielded with environment friendly recycled kraft paper.
✅ The final step involves lovingly placing your collectable in a new brown cardboard box with top quality tape to secure the contents.

30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from But understandably, sometimes this may not be the case. You can return your unopened item a full 30 days from purchase date. We will refund the purchase price (minus 10% restocking fee), provided you cover the cost to ship it back to us. Items must be returned in the same collectable condition it was sent. Items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse before refunds will be issued. Any item returned not in collectable and resellable condition will not receive a refund.

Damaged / Lost Items
Damaged or lost items are ultimately the responsibility of the carrier. Any claim for a lost or damaged package must go through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) as they have the sole and final discretion on whether a claim will be granted. If a package is lost or shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must initiate an investigation with the carrier before contacting us. We will only issue a replacement (or refund if a replacement is no longer available) if the carrier grants us a claim. We Messed Up
If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at, within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will begin processing the return of the item and replacement at no additional cost to you. Images of incorrect product will be required. Contacts made after shipment tracking shows 5 days have lapsed will not be eligible for replacement or refund. If the item is out of stock once the return has been processed, we will be unable to replace the item, and we will refund your method of payment.

All refunds are handled at the discretion of and will incur a standard 10% restocking and cancellation fee. Unless the product is deemed defective or is explicitly different from the advertised product, customers may not be entitled to a refund or exchange of any kind.

In the event that a refund is issued, the customer will receive their money back in the same manner and currency in which the product was purchased (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). In the event that the order has aged past a time frame where this is possible, please be advised that customers may be subject to refund via gift card. Please note that orders which have utilized a discount code are only entitled to a refund of the amount spent after the discount code was applied. This applies to refunds of individual items if a discount code has been applied to the whole order. The 10% cancellation fee is still applicable on refunded orders which were already discounted.
