Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Pre-orders and special drops may have different processing timelines, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and other trusted carriers.

Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships.

All Pops are packed using collector-grade materials to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
