tmc.io offers collectible merchandise, primarily Funko Pop! vinyl figures, for online purchase. Our products are intended for fans and collectors and are not recommended for children under 3 due to small parts.

2. Orders & Payments
All orders are processed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States (and select international locations). Orders typically ship within 1 business day unless noted. Shipping times can vary, but you can expect to receive your item within 2-5 days of shipment date. We include free soft protectors with every regular sized Funko Pop and pack all items using collector-grade materials for safe delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assistance. Full Return Policy available [insert link if separate].

5. Product Descriptions
We strive to describe items accurately, including box condition, exclusives, or chase variants. Slight packaging flaws that do not affect the item’s integrity may not be considered damage. Images are for reference only.
